In May of 2021, Michelle and I began moving through the KaptivateMe Career Cornerstone together, a three-month 1:1 coaching program with me, Coach Kate, to dig into who you are at your core, dream big, and design your future while finding a new career (or business) that sparks you now.
As I got to know her and we moved through the process, it became clear to both of us that entrepreneurship was in Michelle’s future. And with one coaching insight and question, Michelle was charged with the idea of becoming a professional home organizer. Soon enough we were pivoting our focus to business coaching to help keep her confident and accountable in making her business a reality while also tending to herself, husband, cats and personal dreams.
