My Favorite Flavorful Recipes (and They're Pretty Healthy, Too!)

While my mother is a woman of many skills and talents, one of my favorite of her lifelong projects is her collection and finesse of recipes into her own (now digital) cookbook called, “Generations.” Some recipes have been passed down in my family for generations, others from friends, community and best-in-class cookbooks, and of course internet searches. Most recipes have stories attached that capture their history, along with updates over the years.

Compiled using the software Cook’n, the recipes are easy to sort through, rate, turn into a grocery list and share with friends. With that in mind, I pulled together some of my favorite recipes to share with a client as she focuses on having fun making really flavorful, balanced meals. Try them out, and let me know your favorites!

I only eat poultry, so that and veggie recipes are listed here. If you really want some fish, etc, recipes, let me know and I’ll have my mom pull her favorites.
